  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh dill or 1/4 tsp. dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • assorted raw vegetables

Directions

    Place artichoke hearts in food processor.
