Ingredients

  • 1 desert spoon chili powder,
  • 1 desert spoon freshly grinded black pepper,
  • Quarter glass of red wine,
  • Quarter glass of olive oil,
  • Quarter glass of soya sauce,
  • 2 gloves of crushed garlic,
  • 2 thick slides of beef tenderloin.

Directions

    Mix soya, garlic, black pepper, chili powder and red wine.

    Pour the mix on top of the beef tenderloin, add the olive oil. Depending on your time you may keep it 1 hour to 24 hours in the refrigerator. (Longer you keep better the taste.)

    After taking the meet out of the refrigerator, keep it for 15 minutes in the room temp.then grill it in any way you want.
