  • 2 cups asiago cheese
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 artichokes

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    The artichokes come in a can, with water.

    Drain and mash artichokes.

    Stir all of these items together.

    Hollow out a loaf of sourdough bread, saving lid.

    Put above mixture in hollowed-out loaf.

    Put lid back on.

    Wrap entire loaf in tin foil.

    Place on ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake for 1 hour.
