- 2 cups Basmati Rice, Rinsed
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 3 cups Water
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Black Sesame Seeds (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Add rice, oil, and water to 8x8 pan. Stir. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

3Toss cooked rice with rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and black sesame seeds (if using).

4Serve hot! This recipe can also be refrigerated for several days, or frozen and reheated. If you freeze, place straight in the oven from the freezer, keep covered and bake until hot, about 45 minutes.
