- 2 tilapia filets
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 lime
Directions

1Pour the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, orange juice and lime juice into a pan with the burner turned off. Place the filets in the salsa. Turn the burner onto medium high.

2When the sauce starts to boil lower the heat and let the fish cook for 5 minutes. Turn each fillet carefully and cook another 5 minutes, spooning the sauce over the fish every so often. After 15 minutes the sauce will thicken and the fish will caramelize.

3Serve immediately with its sauce over rice or with an Asian vegetable medley.
