  • 1 pound Lean Pork Chops
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Garlic
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 4 teaspoons Water
  • 1 dash Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 cup Steamed Broccoli
  • 1 cup Steamed Sugar Snap Peas
  • 1 cup Water Chestnuts

Directions

    Cube pork chops.

    Spray skillet with Pam and saute the garlic.

    Then add pork and brown cubes until cooked through.

    Remove pork from pan.

    Mix up the orange juice, soy sauce, and brown sugar and add it to your skillet.

    Bring to a boil and reduce for 2 minutes.

    Mix cornstarch and water in small bowl and then whisk it into the orange juice mixture.

    Add red pepper flakes and stir the mixture until it is thickened.

    Return pork and your chopped veggies to pan and simmer for 2 additional minutes to coat meat and vegetables.

    * Use whatever stir-fry type veggies you like.

    They do need to be pre-steamed and chopped ahead of time so that you can just throw them into the sauce at the end of the process.
