- 7 ounce Dry roasted cashew nuts
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Water
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
- 1 tsp Five-spice pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
Directions

1Place nuts in jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch.

2Mix soy sauce and water; drizzle over nuts, tossing to distribute proportionately.

3Dot with margarine.

4Bake uncovered in 350F oven 10 min.

5Mix five-spice pwdr and garlic pwdr; sprinkle over nuts.

6Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, till golden, 8 to 10 min longer.
