  • 2 cans of Asparagas
  • Juice from Asparagas and enough milk to make 2 c. liquid
  • 1 c. Grated Cheese
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 c. Mushroom Soup
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 4 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped

Directions

    Place asparagas in a baking dish.

    Mix flour, butter and liquid, and pour over asparagas.

    Put a layer of hard boiled eggs, a layer of cheese and then a layer of cracker crumbs.

    Pour mushroom soup over all.

    Bake 40 minutes at 400°.
