Impossible Taco Pie

Directions

   Heat oven to 400°.

   Grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.

   Cook and stir beef and onions until brown; drain.

   Stir in seasoning mix.

   Pour into pie plate.

   Bake for 25 minutes.

   Top with tomatoes and cheese.

   Bake until a knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean (8 to 10 minutes).

   Cool 5 minutes.

    Top with sour cream, tomatoes and cheese, if desired.
