- 2 cans asparagus, drained
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- seasoned bread crumbs
Directions

1Saute onion in oleo until brown.

2Add flour, salt and pepper. Cook until blended.

3Add sour cream but do not let mixture come to a boil.

4Place asparagus in a shallow baking dish and cover with sour cream mixture.

5Sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
