  • 2-1/4 cups ATHENOS Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
  • 1 cup GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
  • 3 cups frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry

  • 1-1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 qt. tomato vegetable soup

    hummus, spread remaining half with 1-1/2 Tbsp.

    Top with 1/4 cup spinach, 2 Tbsp.

    Brush 350 degrees F flat-top griddle with 1 Tbsp.
