- 3 cans cut asparagus
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- sliced olives
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 2 2/3 c. milk
- cheese, if desired
- buttered toast crumbs
Directions

1In long Pyrex dish, put in layers asparagus, eggs and olives. Make a white sauce of the butter, flour and milk; add cheese if desired.

2Cover asparagus mixture with white sauce and put buttered toast crumbs on top.

3Bake in 350° oven for 30 or 40 minutes until brown.
