- 1 can broken shrimp pieces
- 1 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Drain and rinse shrimp.

2Refrigerate shrimp in water for 30 minutes.

3Cream the cheese and butter together; add lemon to mixture, then chopped onion.

4Drain shrimp and add to mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.

5Chill for several hours.

6Serve with choice of crackers.
