- 1 medium can asparagus tips or cut spears
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- salt to taste
- cracker crumbs
Directions

1Drain the asparagus.

2Put melted butter in casserole dish, then the cut-up asparagus.

3Sprinkle with pimento, then layer with eggs, cut into rings.

4Pour undiluted soup over the top.

5Sprinkle top with buttered cracker crumbs.

6Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
