- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus spears
- 1/2 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- vegetable spray
Directions

1Cook asparagus as directed.

2Combine soup and milk, stirring until blended.

3Layer 1/2 each of water chestnuts, asparagus, soup mixture and cheese.

4Repeat layers until finished.

5Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
