  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus spears
  • 1/2 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • vegetable spray

Directions

    Cook asparagus as directed.

    Combine soup and milk, stirring until blended.

    Layer 1/2 each of water chestnuts, asparagus, soup mixture and cheese.

    Repeat layers until finished.

    Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
