- 1 c. asparagus spears
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 4 boiled eggs
- 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. milk
- 12 crackers, crushed
Directions

1Cut cheese in cubes.

2Slice eggs.

3Spread half crackers in bottom of buttered casserole dish.

4Add layer of cheese, eggs and asparagus and soup alternately until all are used.

5Pour milk and 2 tablespoons asparagus juice over all.

6Sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs over top.

7Bake for 25 to 35 minutes at 350°.
