  • 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans asparagus
  • 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3/4 c. butter, diced
  • 1 c. slivered almonds, toasted and finely ground
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Cover bottom of casserole with a few cracker crumbs.

    Rotate layers of asparagus, cheese, cracker crumbs, butter and almonds. Pour milk in side.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
