Asparagus Casserole

  • 1 large (15 oz.) can asparagus spears
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
  • 2 or 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • Cheddar cheese, grated (enough to cover mixture)
  • seasoning salt and garlic salt to taste
  • 1 can mushroom soup, undiluted

Directions

    Drain asparagus and layer in casserole dish.

    Place mushrooms on top of asparagus.

    Spread soup over the two, adding seasoning salt and garlic salt (sprinkle small amounts), then slice eggs on top and top with cheese.

    Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes.
