- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can asparagus spears and tips
- 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- paprika
Directions

1Combine rice and cheese.

2Drain asparagus and reserve liquid. Add asparagus to rice and cheese.

3Blend together egg, mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons asparagus liquid and seasoned salt.

4Stir into rice mixture.

5Pour into a greased 1-quart casserole.

6Sprinkle paprika over the top.

7Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
