  • 20 slices cocktail rye bread, toasted
  • 3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) CRACKER BARREL Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into 20 slices
  • 40 asparagus spear tips, blanched, chilled
  • 2 medium roasted red peppers, peeled, each cut into 10 thin strips

Directions

    Preheat broiler.

    Spread toast slices with mustard.

    Place on ungreased baking sheet.

    Top each with 1 cheese slice and 2 asparagus tips.

    Broil, 4 to 6 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min.

    Top with the peppers.
