  • 3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can asparagus spears
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Flatten out chicken breasts with a mallet or bottle; salt and pepper them.

    Spread cheese over each.

    Place 4 to 5 asparagus spears on each breast.

    Roll up, fastening with toothpicks. Spray a casserole dish with Pam, then place breasts in it.

    Mix together water and soup; pour over breasts.

    Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes.
