- 3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can asparagus spears
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Flatten out chicken breasts with a mallet or bottle; salt and pepper them.

2Spread cheese over each.

3Place 4 to 5 asparagus spears on each breast.

4Roll up, fastening with toothpicks. Spray a casserole dish with Pam, then place breasts in it.

5Mix together water and soup; pour over breasts.

6Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes.
