- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can (3 1/2 c.) fruit cocktail
- 2 (11 oz.) cans Mandarin oranges
- 3 or 4 bananas, peeled and cut into wheels
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 can peach or apricot pie filling
Directions

1Drain canned fruits thoroughly.

2Toss bananas in lemon juice. Add to drained fruits.

3Add pie filling and gently mix together. Serves 12.
