Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 (No. 2 1/2) can (3 1/2 c.) fruit cocktail
  • 2 (11 oz.) cans Mandarin oranges
  • 3 or 4 bananas, peeled and cut into wheels
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 can peach or apricot pie filling

Directions

    Drain canned fruits thoroughly.

    Toss bananas in lemon juice. Add to drained fruits.

    Add pie filling and gently mix together. Serves 12.
