  • 2 cans asparagus stalks (Del Monte)
  • 2 regular loaves thin white bread (Wonder)
  • 8 oz. Roquefort cheese
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 beaten egg

Directions

    Blend together cheeses, mayonnaise and egg.

    Cut crust off bread and roll thin.

    Spread with cheese mixture.

    Top with 1 stalk asparagus each.

    Roll up and cut in 3 pieces.

    Dip in melted butter.

    Bake on a cookie sheet at 350° for 15 minutes (until browned).
