- 2 cans asparagus stalks (Del Monte)
- 2 regular loaves thin white bread (Wonder)
- 8 oz. Roquefort cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 beaten egg
Directions

1Blend together cheeses, mayonnaise and egg.

2Cut crust off bread and roll thin.

3Spread with cheese mixture.

4Top with 1 stalk asparagus each.

5Roll up and cut in 3 pieces.

6Dip in melted butter.

7Bake on a cookie sheet at 350° for 15 minutes (until browned).
