- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. Jack cheese
- butter
- 6 eggs
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 2 (15 oz.) cans asparagus
Directions

1Coat bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with butter.

2Press small portion of mixed cheeses to bottom of the pan until entire bottom is coated with cheese.

3To remaining cheese, add the eggs, evaporated milk and asparagus (can substitute 1 can with a can of mushrooms).

4Mix together.

5Pour into pan.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Serves 6.
