  • white bread, cut crusts off all sides and roll flat with rolling pin
  • cream cheese, softened
  • asparagus

Directions

    Spread each slice of bread with cream cheese.

    Steam asparagus until bright green; drain and pat dry.

    Lay 2 spears, each in opposite direction.
