Asparagus Roll-Ups

  • 15 to 20 slices white bread
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz. Blue cheese, softened
  • 1 (15 oz.) can asparagus spears, drained
  • 1/2 lb. butter, melted

Directions

    Trim crusts from bread; flatten slices with rolling pin. Combine softened cheese; spread on bread.

    Place one asparagus spear on each slice; roll up.

    Place seam side down on baking sheet.

    Brush with melted butter.

    (This may be prepared this far, covered and frozen until needed, or bake, then freeze.)
