Asparagus Roll-Ups

- 15 to 20 slices white bread
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz. Blue cheese, softened
- 1 (15 oz.) can asparagus spears, drained
- 1/2 lb. butter, melted
Directions

1Trim crusts from bread; flatten slices with rolling pin. Combine softened cheese; spread on bread.

2Place one asparagus spear on each slice; roll up.

3Place seam side down on baking sheet.

4Brush with melted butter.

5(This may be prepared this far, covered and frozen until needed, or bake, then freeze.)
