Asparagus Roll-Ups

  • 14 oz. asparagus spears, drained
  • 12 slices white bread, crust removed
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 egg
  • dash of Worcestershire
  • 1/2 c. melted butter

Directions

    Flatten bread.

    Combine rest of ingredients and spread in bread; roll up.

    Dip in melted butter.

    Slice in thirds and bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 425°.
