- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 4 oz. Bleu cheese
- 8 pieces cooked asparagus spears
- 8 pieces white bread
- melted butter
Directions

1Combine cream cheese and Bleu cheese.

2Spread on slice of white bread which has been rolled to flatten and trimmed of crust. Place cooked asparagus spear near edge of bread and roll jelly roll fashion.

3Brush with melted butter.

4Cut in half.

5Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

6Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 375°.
