  • 4 oz. Blue Cheese
  • 1 can asparagus, dried
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 loaf bread
  • butter

Directions

    Remove crusts from all bread.

    Roll each slice flat and very thin.

    Mix Blue Cheese, mayonnaise, egg and cream cheese.

    Spread on each slice of bread.

    Put 1 spear of asparagus.

    Roll up and slice.

    Dip each piece in butter.
  8. 8
    Freeze.

    Brown in 350° oven till brown.
