Asparagus Rolls

  • 1 loaf white bread
  • 2 containers whipped cream cheese with onions and chives
  • 1 can asparagus, cut in half and drained
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Slightly freeze loaf of bread.

    Trim crusts and roll each slice of bread between 2 sheets of waxed paper until very thin. Spread cream cheese, place a piece of asparagus in center and roll up.

    Place on cookie sheet, seam side down.

    Brush lightly with melted butter and sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake at 450° for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
