- 1 pt. half and half
- 1 pack frozen asparagus
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley and paprika
Directions

1Cut off top 1-inch of frozen asparagus and reserve.

2Chop up remaining asparagus stalks and place in blender.

3Add pint of half and half and blend on high for 1 minute.

4Put in saucepan, add tips of asparagus and bring to scald.

5Do not boil.

6Serve immediately with sprig of parsley and pinch of paprika.
