- 5 c. biscuit mix
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. warm milk
- 2 envelopes dry yeast
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions

1Combine biscuit mix, sugar and salt in a large bowl.

2Add yeast which has been dissolved in warm milk.

3Beat eggs with cream of tartar and add to the mixture.

4Stir well, cover and let rise until double in bulk.

5Stir down; pour into two greased loaf pans. Cover; let rise again until smooth.

6Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
