  • 4 Tilapia fillets
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Greek seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup Diced onions
  • 1 can Artichoke hearts (drained)
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes (drained)
  • 1/4 cup White wine

Directions

    Preheat large saucepan.

    Season both sides of fish with 1/2 tsp.

    Greek seasoning and pepper.

    Place oil in pan, then add garlic and onions; cook and stir 1-2 minutes or onions are slightly softened.

    Add fish filets and top with remaining ingredients.

    Cover and cook 8-10 minutes, stirring vegetables once.
