- 1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
- 3/4 tsp. dried oregano
- ground pepper to taste
- 3 oz. Feta cheese, sliced
Directions

1Place chicken in a shallow baking dish.

2Add oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and pepper.

3Toss chicken with seasonings; cover and marinate, refrigerated, for at least 1/2 hour.

4Grill or broil chicken 6 to 8 inches from heat source for 15 minutes, turning 2 to 3 times.

5Place Feta slices on top of chicken; continue to cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until cheese softens and chicken is cooked through.
