  • 1 Thinly sliced pork
  • 1 one packet Atsuage
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sake
  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Mirin

Directions

    If it's not too much trouble, please pour boiling water over the atsuage to drain the excess oil.

    Cut into 1 cm wide strips.

    Wrap with the pork.

    (I used thinly sliced pork loin this time.)

    Combine the ingredients.

    Saute in a heated frying pan.

    Since the fat comes out from the meat, you don't need to use oil.

    When the meat is cooked through, pour in the mixture, and simmer.
