- 1 Thinly sliced pork
- 1 one packet Atsuage
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Mirin
Directions

1If it's not too much trouble, please pour boiling water over the atsuage to drain the excess oil.

2Cut into 1 cm wide strips.

3Wrap with the pork.

4(I used thinly sliced pork loin this time.)

5Combine the ingredients.

6Saute in a heated frying pan.

7Since the fat comes out from the meat, you don't need to use oil.
