- 2 doz. eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. chopped ham, bacon or sausage
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Beat eggs; add milk.

2Melt butter; cook scrambled eggs.

3Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Top with ham, bacon or sausage.

5Mix milk and soup; pour on top.

6Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

7Cover with foil until needed.

8Can be made day before and kept in refrigerator.

9Bake at 250° for 1 hour.
