Raisin Rice Pudding

  • 1 Cup rice
  • 3 Cups water
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 or 1/3 Cup raisins

Directions

    Cook raisins and rice in water and salt (until water is gone).

    Beat eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla.

    Add to rice and raisins.

    Simmer until it thickens.

    Serve warm.
