- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 14 oz coconut milk
- 3 tsp chive oil see attached recipe
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup shredded colby and monterrey jack cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven 350 Fahrenheit.

2Cut the cauliflower up trying to keep a standard on the cuts so as to allow cooking to be equal, but if not its ok.

3Add all the ingredients mix well together.

4add shredded colby and monterrey jack cheese last on top

5Put in oven bake for an hour.

6Let sit 10 minutes.
