  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. plain meal
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 small can cream-style corn

    Mix and beat well eggs, sour cream and oil.

    Mix meal, baking powder and salt together, then add to first mixture.

    Add 1 small can cream-style corn.

    Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes in an 8-inch or 9-inch baking dish.
