- 5 lb. red potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- parsley flakes
- salt and pepper
- 3 slices white bread, cubed
- milk
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 lb. butter
- corn flakes
Directions

1Butter pan.

2Cook potatoes in skins. Cool.

4Sprinkle them with parsley, salt and pepper.

5Stir. Then repeat again. Dice onion.

8Cut cheese into 16 slices, then quarter.

12Melt butter and pour over potato mixture.

16Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
