- 3 to 4 lb. brisket
- celery salt
- garlic salt
- onion salt
- 6 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Use 3 salts to salt the brisket heavily.

2Pour liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over brisket.

3Seal tightly with foil. Cook at 225° for 8 to 10 hours.

4Remove from oven and pour off liquid.

5Cool liquid and remove fat.

6Let meat cool, remove fat, slice and return to baking dish.

7Pour sauce over meat, cover with foil and heat at 350° until hot.
