- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 3 Tbsp. powdered buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Mix 2 cups flour and powdered buttermilk.

2Add mayonnaise and water; knead until mixture is blended well.

3Form a dough ball in middle of bowl.

4Sprinkle 1/2 cup of flour over dough.

5Shake bowl side to side to allow flour to coat bowl.

6This will keep dough from sticking to the sides.

7Grease baking sheet.

8Pinch a small amount of dough and roll into a ball, using the palm of your hand. Place ball on baking sheet; flatten with fingers.

9Repeat the last two steps until all the dough has been used.

10Bake at 425° until golden brown.

11Butter tops and bottoms.
