- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
- 12 cup cream
- 1 cup milk
- 23 cup cooked mashed pumpkin
Directions

1Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined.

2Turn out dough onto a floured surface and lightly press dough down to approximately 2 cm thickness.

3Cut into rounds with a scone cutter (or use a small, clean empty tin).

4Place on a greased baking tray.

5Bake in a hot oven for approx 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
