  • 1 cup red onion, chopped

  • 1 red capsicum, diced
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon allspice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander
