- 150 grams Ground pork
- 2 tsp Doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 800 ml Water
- 2 tsp Weipa
- 3 tsp Tianmianjiang (Chinese sweet bean paste)
- 1 tsp Grated garlic
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 2 tbsp White sesame paste
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 Finely chopped green onion
- 1 Bok choy
- 2 tbsp Ground white sesame seeds
- 2 packs Chinese-style noodles
Directions

1Heat up a frying pan and stir fry the pork without adding any oil.

2When the color of the meat changes add the sake and doubanjiang and continue stir frying.

3Add the ingredients and blend well.

4Add the ingredients to the pan and mix well.

5The soup is now finished.

6Split the bok choy lengthwise into 4 to 6 pieces, and boil in salted water.

7Bring plenty of water to a boil in a pot and cook the noodles.
