  • 2 cup Mexican Rice (pre cooked)
  • 1/3 cup Cheese (mexican 4 cheese blend)
  • 1 medium Jalepeno
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 1/2 medium Lime
  • 1 handful Cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream

Directions

    Heat and mix Rice, Cheese, Sour Cream together until Cheese is melted

    Remove from heat once melted

    Squeeze Lime into mixture

    Pour into any desired Tortillas

    Add in your Fruits & Veggies

    (optional) Smother Burrito with any desired sauce
