2 large apples
1 can 7-Up
12 or 16 oz. peanut butter cookie dough
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. milk
1/3 to 1/2 c. caramel ice cream topping
peanuts
ice cream

Directions

Peel and slice 2 large apples and place in 7-Up to soak (stops the browning).

Use 12 or 16 ounce roll of cookie dough and spread on lightly greased pizza pan.

Bake.

Cool cookie dough and spread mixture of cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla and milk on top of dough.

Drain apples and arrange on top of cream cheese.

Drizzle with ice cream topping.

Top with peanuts.
