  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 Tbsp. white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 c. thinly sliced apples
  • 1/3 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and melted butter; press into bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake 10 minutes.
