Ingredients

  • 4 - 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 1/2 c. pared, diced potatoes
  • 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 c. corn (frozen), or 2 cans
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Saute bacon and onion until cooked.

    Add water, potatoes and bouillon.

    Cook 20 minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients and heat. Serves 8.
