- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 16 ounces chocolate syrup
- 3 cups margarine
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon mint extract
- 1 12 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 squares baker's chocolate
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2In a bowl mix eggs, sugar, flour, chocolate syrup and 1/2 cup margarine.

3Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 jelly roll pan and bake for 25-30 minute Cool.

4For the first topping melt 1 1/2 cup margarine and mix with powdered sugar and mint extract.

5Spread over first layer and cool.

6Next, melt semisweet chocolate chips, bakers chocolate and 1 cup margarine and mix together.

7Spread over second layer and cool.
