The Chocolate Mint Bars

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 16 ounces chocolate syrup
  • 3 cups margarine
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1 12 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 squares baker's chocolate

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

    In a bowl mix eggs, sugar, flour, chocolate syrup and 1/2 cup margarine.

    Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 jelly roll pan and bake for 25-30 minute Cool.

    For the first topping melt 1 1/2 cup margarine and mix with powdered sugar and mint extract.

    Spread over first layer and cool.

    Next, melt semisweet chocolate chips, bakers chocolate and 1 cup margarine and mix together.

    Spread over second layer and cool.
